FOR THE SECOND FUCKING TIME IN OUR HISTORY WITH THEM, THEY HAVE NEGLECTED TO ADD A VEHICLE AFTER CONFIRMING THAT THEY DID. At least this time it was the day of, not 3 months later like the 4Runner. Reason for needing Allstate:

It doesn’t seem as if you are in good hands.

Wait you blew out a tire and got a flat on the same trip?

Marry a soldier and get USAA. Fantastic company.

No, but it can tow you to a shop/change a tire for free if you pay for that luxury.

Most companies have roadside assistance.

Maybe it’s just living in New Jersey with psychotic insurance rates, but I can’t imagine contacting my insurance for anything less than being totaled.

It’s roadside assistance, like AAA... It’s not filing a claim.

looks like there is almost 8-10 lbs in it......
time to break out the airhose, and chucks......

Still, I don’t trust it. I’ll stick with Amex and AAA

On the side of the interstate... And being an LT tire, it’s probably still over 20 psi.

What do you consider psychotic?
I’m longing to find somewhere with worse rates than the Toronto area so I can feel lucky about something.

I can’t exactly remember what I pay, but let’s say $3200 a year for no collision. I’ll confirm tomorrow, but, yeah, it’s not so good.

WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I mean, I still pay more than you... but I’m pretty sure I’m considerably younger. And I have more coverage atm. I was at $3500/yr last year for basic coverage, so about $2500 US. This year I started using my truck for business use so I added some coverage... sitting around $4200CAD/$3300USD.
That being said, it’s only that low because I bought a pickup. At 18, I would’ve got taken for a mere $6500 on a truck, but $10k on a fucking ‘99 Cavalier .
I hate insurance companies

Funny, my mom had a similar issue with them not doing something that they confirmed to be doing. I was on her insurance up until I bought my Dart (title to my Sentra was in both our names). So when I bought the Dart I got my own policy with Nationwide and she removed me and the Sentra, which was traded in) from her policy, or so she thought. Fast forward 2 years later, she happens to check her policy and realizes I’m still listed as a driver and she’s been paying as such in her policy. She kept documentation of the conversation back in 2015 to remove me and they confirmed that conversation happened but then tried to say that their underwriters nixed removing me because she didn’t provide proof that I had insurance. They absolutely refused to remove me from her policy until I gave proof that I was insured, which shouldn’t matter to them because what would happen if sold the car and didn’t currently own a car, I wouldn’t need to be insured. I think this might actually get her to switch from them.

It didn’t end there! To fix their mistake, they removed the wrong vehicle! So when my Dad checked the policy, his Ram which he sold was added back(they had cancelled it along with bot adding the Suburban), and they removed the Vibe(sister’s car).
They are no longer our provider. We will be saving $420 every 6 months now.

My allstate agent is great. I don’t know how people as awful as the ones you have can even put their pants on in the morning
